Barack O**** !!!!!

Yes in my house this is a cuss word, not just to Joe and I, but apparently Stratton thinks so as well. Apparently he has been listening with us as we watch the news on CNN, and they always talk about Barack Obama as some of you may know(they're biased)whatever! Anyways, the other night Stratton was told to go and take a bath, and at this age he just doesn't like taking baths and so he got really mad and said in his angriest voice " Dad, your just a Barack Obama"!! He immediately thought he must have said a bad word by the looks on our faces(before we burst with laughter), and he immediately said he was sorry for saying that bad word and we told him this isn't really a bad word, just in our house :)

New Found Passion

This semester in school I decided to take a break from "boring" classes and try our Photoshop. Even though its not really a class , yout teach yourself more than anything. It has become another passion of mine, you can do so many beautiful effects to pictures.

Remember 9/11

Today on 9/11 2001, the day of great sadness, and ultimate sacrafice. I was 17, and a senior in high school, and I remember that day as if it were yesterday. I had spent the night at Kourtney's house, and on the morning on 9/11 I awoke to Kourtney shaking telling me to wake up, and all I heard at first was"wake up, there is a plane that crashed into the twin towers". Immediately I awoke and ran to the t.v. as fast as I could and made it just in time to see the second plane heading straight for the towers. I stood there in complete shock and sadness, it was so chaotic on t.v. , people were screaming and crying,dust completely covered the ground and air. To those that were lost, and their families who survived and ecspecially to the one's who still fight for us , you are always in our hearts and in our prayers.

HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY STRATTON!

Today is Stratton's 5th birthday, and I just can't believe it! They use to say to enjoy them because they grow up so fast, and they really do. It's like he was just born yesterday and then I blinked and he is 5. Stratton I hope you know how special you are to our family. I love and appreciate the person you already are, you are so sweet, smart, and my favorite part about you is your wide imagination, someday you are going to make your mark! :)
